I booked via a third party website which I wouldn't do again. I had intended to book a 4x4 not a 2 wheel suv which is what I got. That being said, it was peak season so car hire options were probably maxed out and we managed fine with the 2 wheel drive. The company itself outdid themselves by finding my husband's mobile that we left in the car. We were about to board the plane (he hadn't even realised he didn't have the phone at this point) and the staff were able to recognise me from my photo on the phone. Despite me wearing a mask?! Saved us a lot of bother there. Fast pick up and drop off at the airport. Baby car seat too. Easy.

Byer beware! This is a Dodgy Company engaging in Illegal Charges on your card. Do not give them your credit card details! I will be reporting them to my Bank, The Ombudsman and the Police if required. They said they would charge me around $450, they sent me an Invoice for around $401. They Charged me both $791 and $391 bond because it was a Visa Debit Card of which they returned $390 but did not refund a single dollar from the $791 that they charged me for absolutely no reason. I wonder if someone just takes $300 from each customer to put in the Cayman Islands or something.
