Beyond Words Therapy Centre
Admin & front of house have no idea of customer service. They totally lack any empathy or professionalism. Appointments are cancelled at the last minute, but if we cancel due to being hospitalised, are charged. Therapist are constantly trying to find rooms, making any visit stressful. This practice values money & profit over patient care. We were actually charged $64 travel when the therapist attended our home & we live a kilometre away. Horrible experience.
