Well Managed and Super Clean Shop and Toilets! Coffee is simply amazing and food nice and hot. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Service Station and staff are generally great, but the Car Wash is absolutely filthy. I honestly don't think its been cleaned in the last 12 months. The Self Serve section often has bays closed and entering the area around the vacuums is like playing puncture roulette, with screws and bolts and months of debris scattered around. Its the worst car wash I've ever seen.

Slow service tonight 11/03/21, the lady that served me only words to me were ‘next’ when I told her my pump number ‘this is why we are running behind’. No greeting, no farewell and a grumpy demeanour at best, not the first time I have encountered this lady with this same manner, she clearly does not want to be there. This is a customer service role, please try a little harder, surely they can do better.Update as at 15/02/22Customer service has dramatically improved over the last 12 months, glad to see a positive change. Changed original 2 star rating to a 4 star.

Work Ute has gone from 12L/100km to currently 11.7L/100km since filling up here. The workers put a smile on your face and have the place neat as. All round happy

Caltex is a great place to stop for fuel. Staff a very kind and friendly awesome customer service by all service station attendants. Would recommend anybody passing through to stop for a coffee as a small is only $1 and a large is only $2. They always have in store specials and fuel price is always very competitive. Great asset for the Romsey town
