The service we got from the team at Burdens can only be described as exceptional.We ordered what was to be a feature tap in our kitchen and it happened to be out of stock . The sales team kept me updated of progress every step of the way, this including expediting the order as it was somewhat urgent.Keep doing what you do, if any of our neighbors are looking for fixtures, your company is the first name that comes out of my mouth.

Customer service at Burdens Dandenong South is outstanding. A few years back I renovated 2 bathrooms and back then the service, quality of products and price was fantastic.This time I was just after a $10 cistern part for a toilet and you would have thought I was spending hundreds of dollars with the way I was attended to. Part was not initially in stock so Burdens located it at another branch and had it in stock the same day.Why would you go anywhere else?

My wife and I walked into this store on Saturday afternoon twenty mins before closing time and we were still welcomed very warmly by JENNY, who really went that extra mile to match prices and give us ideas and suggestions for our renovation. My five stars are for the customer service we received from Jenny. I would highly recommend checking them out as they are also one of the few plumbing places that are open on a Saturday.Althea and JudeCarrum Downs
