It is unfortunate to say but I had the worst experience at Hello Gorgeous. Me and my colleagues went during business lunch hour and there was no customers or staff in sight. After already walking around the restaurant for 2minutes looking for some service, a lady came out of the kitchen and told us where to sit. The venue itself is lovely but the food was horrible. There was 7 of us in total and well got different things which were all underwhelming. I had a pizza which was burnt, the cheese was oily and slid entirely, the meat was off and it was overall hard to chew. The salad didn't even come with parmesan cheese or dressing. The bagels weren't fresh. There is nothing good to say about the food unfortunately. The only good thing I can say is that the lady that first served us was the only person in the restaurant. It seemed like she was doing all the jobs by herself so kudos to her. Other than that, I would not recommend Hello Gorgeous.

This was such a beautiful looking restaurant. It is perfect if you want to have some drinks and a snack to go with it. I would also recommend it if you want to have a girls catch up like a baby shower or hens night. We went in a public holiday and it wasn’t busy at all. We had the space to ourselves which we really enjoyed. They also did custom mock tails for us since they didn’t have a mocktail list. They had an extensive drinks menu.

Went for dinner on a Thursday night and was a perfectly quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of options for seating and the vibe was super chill/relaxing with prompt food wait time. Food was delicious as well as cocktails. Would highly recommend!!

Friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere and beautifully decorated. The cocktails are so delicious! And reasonably priced too. The food was also reasonably priced. I had a cheese board that was delicious.

Really bad experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. I went to Hello Gorgeous to potentially book as a venue to hold my 30th bday party. Prior to this a week earlier I had submitted an event enquiry through the website and didn't hear anything back. When I went to the venue the only person around was the bar tender who couldn't answer any of my questions and suggested I submit a query via the website, which I already did. Safe to say I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with this mob. We decided to stay for a drink and dinner. Ordered meals off the QR code at the table. We waited for quite a while so I approached the bar staff to see where the order was and they advised the kitchen was closed and no meals were being prepared. I requested a refund and was told it wasn't possible and to call back tomorrow. This is really poor customer service. The fella didn't care or offer any reasonable solution besides to call back tomorrow. The QR code shouldn't allow you to place orders and pay money if those items cannot be provided. It's been almost a week now and I am still chasing up a refund for $50. I call every day and no one answers. I have again submitted another online query to get some sort of assistance with a refund and no response. I'm not from Brisbane, I was simply visiting so I am finding incredibly difficult to have this sorted. I will not be returning to this venue again and will go out of my way to ensure others don't either. Maybe this post will help get some attention form management to process my refund? Probably not... Skip this place and go to sixes and sevens down the road!!! WAY better atmosphere, service and venue to spend your money.

Brigette and the team at Hello Gorgeous were a pleasure to work with from booking enquiry through to function! I had been ghosted by another local venue for my Hens when I contacted Hello Gorgeous. They were professional and gave me all the information required to plan my night. The venue were very accommodating of my plans, including having a Drag Queen at the event and needing access to a sound system for her. Brigette was always responsive via email when I had questions leading up to the event. Their customer service and hospitality on the night was exceptional. All of the guests raved about how awesome the staff were. The space was also the perfect size for my group and they had reconfigured the room to allow for the drag queen performance, without me needing to ask. This was the first time I had been to the venue and I would recommend the space to anyone wanting a laid back private function. They offer a range of food and beverage packages - food was delicious!! Thanks Brigette and the team!

Great experience!! Bartenders were awesome! If you’re a gin lover, make sure you get Gina to make your drinks. We asked her to surprise us and make us some adventurous drinks and every drink she made was amazing. Highly recommend!
