EB Games - Springfield

Again, dangerous. As with jbhifi, this is also a store a young uni student could get lost in... or at least lose a lot of money. But, it's great! I bought pokemon cards here once, just cause I could!

The staff here are very welcoming, warm and friendly. Helped me pick out some new products and were amazing when my console was faulty and got me a replacement asap. For all your gaming needs EB Games Orion is the place to go!

They use to be the best prices. Other stores are better but they will price match which is a bit of a slap on the face.On the upside you can get some cheap preowned games.

Always the best soundtracks! Fella had a name tag of Luke Skywalker, awesome service :)

Avoid this store at all costs cause someone like Tarlei shouldn’t even be working here as she’s rude and nasty towards the customers especially the ones who are vulnerable and have disabilities. Abe is an awful manager especially the stuff he said about people with my disability. I really hope EB Games will take action towards this cause it’s unacceptable. I can’t believe Abe actually wanted to get me to come back and continue my business at this store and there’s no way I’ll come back if I have to deal with someone like Tarlei who is nothing but a nasty human being with no patience and can’t control her frustration but someone like Abe claims it’s ok for the staff to take their frustration out. I’m sorry but this is not acceptable to do that when us customers are paying your wages. For once have some compassion and treat us with respect and give us kindness. I much prefer the store I go to now as the staff there treat me with kindness and respect and the manager looks after me well.

This EB is a little cramped inside but employees have good game knowledge and there is good variety. Buying games in person feel like going back to the stone age, but perhaps the games will match your flinstones car and you like nostalagia. In that case highly recommend going here.

I bought Streaming Kit bundle from EB games, only to find out when I get home that the camera had scratches over the lenses area, leaving me to believe that it was either a returned item or a damaged product in transit, not sure how a lenses area could be damaged in transit though. Either way, I paid for a brand new one, not a damaged product. I cant even be bothered replacing it with a new one from them, it just the initial reaction, they messed me over the first time, and expect me to be ok with it, no you lost a customer and I rather just buy games from steam, and equipment online. EB GAMES is an obsolete business model, in a electronic and delivery world, sure nostalgia is nice, but when you mess with your customers an sell them damaged equipment and expect them to be ok with it, then no I will not be ok with it.

Always very friendly staff that go that extra mile for you. Always had good experiences here.
