I never have bad review because i know how difficult to run a business. However I would give minus rate to us nails if i could. I paid 30 bulks for manicure but my nail is still broken. The worst skill ever, the worse service ever, the worst attitude ever. The lady boss is very rude and impatient. Never do the nails with them if you have other choices.

Unfortunately my shellac nails pealed off after two days. I went back to get them repainted and was told to come back later or tomorrow which I didn’t want to do as I’d already spent hours here two days ago, but the worst part was their attitude. Had they been apologetic, even bothered to look at my nails I would have happily waited. The owner took over the conversation and made out I was the one inconveniencing them as they were just too busy. I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere but that obviously did not go down too well.Should have read the reviews first before going here.

My husband and I had a pedicure and manicure. I also had my eyebrows waxed. The shellac peeled off with hours on my toes and my clear nail polish did as well on my fingers. Nails were not filed properly, leaving sharp edges. Will never return. Staff were rude as well. Also rude to their younger staff members. Totally unprofessional, unhygienic and no attention to detail.

I had shelac manicure. Im sad to say that my review is negative. Nice lady , fair job but the implements used were not clean and sterilised and the soaking bowl was also dirty with a towel that was covered in nail shavings on it. Be careful if you are diabetic, you could end up with a nasty infection.

Staff member extremely difficult to understand. I supplied pic of nail design I wanted but the end result was NOTHING like the pic. I could have attempted the design myself, I think, with far better results. Very dissatisfied, will not return again.

Went with a friend to get nails done for her wedding. They rudely threw our hands around instead of speaking to us, refused to help her choose a cream gel color (she had to compromise for a nude), and wanted to leave her manicure streaky to the point we could still see her natural nail. I came in with 2 broken nails and they only added a tip to 1, leaving me with a short misshapen nail. My dip manicure immediately had internal cracking, started lifting after a week, and chipped after just 10 days. Her gel chipped the very next day. Save the time and money by going elsewhere.

I should have read the reviews first!!!! This place is the absolute worst. Dirty. Rushed. Beyond poor application. The one star rating is even too much I cannot believe I paid $50 for this. How they survive in a busy centre is beyond me.
