I'd give zero stars if I could.This place and staff is toxic.I feel so terrible for all the residents, the way their treated, the poor quality of food is appalling, the lack of empathy and professionalism from some staff members is disgraceful.If you truly love your family members avoid this place at all costs.....

I went to the local markets here. This is a second hand place. I always pick up a bargain or too.. The voleenter people do an amazing job sorting all the donations

My Nanna has lived here for a while now. On every visit grounds & facilities seem well kept and in working order. She is happy so I'm happy. Only suggestion/worry would be some sort of security for the village.

This place maybe old but the staff and vibe of the place is wonderful. My nanny is so happy there. There is genuine care and love for the residents that one does not see in all nursing homes

Sundale village gardens has a toxic promblem, whilst the nurses do a incredibly difficult and hard job which i greatly appreciate their work is undermined by a few carers, the other carers themselves do a good job but they have to deal with the cruelty with

I'm not trying to be rude but the place looks like an old 1960's mental asylum inside and out and has a depressing feel.All it would take is some new paint, remove the old dated vinyl floors, replace the furniture and it would looks somewhat better. In my opinion, the place should be demolished and rebuilt to modern standards.

My father in law Eric went into Sundale Bindaree Aged Care at Boyne Island in April 2022. The care by all the staff has been of the highest standard. He is very happy and feel very loved and secure there. We are always kept informed of his progress & health. We are most thankful for the excellent service and care there. Highly recommended.
