Amazing Carpet and Upholstery Clean

Called/ texted for a quote. Guy went through the quote and then I started to ask to clarify the quote and he hung up on me saying they can’t offer me services anymore. And at the same time texted me an X. If that’s the response to a phone call I can’t imagine what the actual carpet cleaning service is like.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS; by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. After requesting a quote for a service needed in late February my partner received 6 phone calls in the morning whilst she was at work, which she couldn't answer and 3 text messages from the company. My partner then called the very rude man back and said she can't talk about it now because she is at work and asked, could he not call so much as the service needed isn't urgent and it was interfering with her work. The man then called my wife a precious little snowflake and then said they wont' be offering us the service anymore and hung up . My wife then received a text from the business claiming our quote had been cancelled and our number was blocked. In retrospect after experiencing the way this man behaved I would not trust him to be in my house nor to do a decent job. His quote was not much cheaper than other carpet cleaners. I don't want my wife spoken to like that to save a couple dollars.

We made the mistake of booking Ian's business for a carpet clean, he was rude and abusive to my wife when she refused to pre-pay for the service and threatened to cancel" the clean despite the fact his backpacking contractor was already cleaning the apartment. We agreed to pay over the phone and Ian struggled to process the payment

We had a great experience with this company. Easy booking process, very friendly service and a really good job. Steven did a wonderful job and was very friendly and efficient. We had no problems at all with communication as noted in some of the other reviews, and we actually found the communication really polite and prompt. This was for the end of our lease as we had a cat that left lots of fur on the carpet which Steven removed excellently. We would definitely use this company again.

Don't even bother, would not recommend. Booked two weeks ahead for the end of lease clean. Called and confirmed booking a day before. For 8am start, I got the call at 7:35am advising they can't clean. Office phone goes to vm and no response to message either.

Astoundingly rude and unprofessional attitude from person giving SMS communication. Have used them once or twice before and tried to book carpet cleaning. Asked for clarification on the service and after a couple of back and forth messages on the price, was told I should know the price by now as I am a repeat customer and that no one should send 10 texts to book in a job.I replied that it was not my job to remember pricing and if he didn't want texts he could have just asked for me to call. Was told I was trouble" last time I used their services and to go away and be someone else's problem. Steer clear of this company!!'Also have learnt that they severely underpay their workers who are all casual (imagine that) foreigners. Guy who did cleaning for me last year was made to drive around in a van without air conditioning through 40 degree days last summer. Unethical and unprofessional!"

I requested a quote in the morning. They rang promptly and, after chatting, it was decided that they couldn't provide me with service. No problem.I then received MULTIPLE missed calls, text messages and e-mails for the rest of the day.I have had to block their number and email address.Ridiculous harrassment.
