Noodle Box Worongary
Ordered black bean w/rice.Food was not cooked, raw meat and hard plastic like rice, watered down black bean sauce dripping out of the box, absolutely appalling.I'm not one to leave reviews, I tried to call in over 10 times and was hung up on half of the time the other half called out so I'm left with no other option, please avoid this place.If the phone was answered this review most likely wouldn't be here.

What an epic disappointment. over 30 minutes for our order to be finished in the interim maybe 15 Ubers came in to collect theirs. The dim Sims and spring rolls were cooked first and then sat in the bag for the 30 minutes it took to cook the noodles and rice. When I queried it, the answer was, we have been very busy. The fact remains when I ordered I was the only one there and orders that came in after me were filled first. For the money, I suppose I expect a little bit more than what was the service was we received.

Very disappointing. 2 x sweet n sour load your own. 1 piece of broccoli, few bits of capsicum n pineapple about 4 bits of chicken, paid for double sauce but got no sauce, so mostly bland tasteless noodles. Worst noodle box Ive had on the GC. I always chop my meal up with scissors - snip the noodles, meat and veggies into smaller bits which also helps mix the sauce back thru after the drive home, but unfortunately didn't improve it.NB: I did call Worongary store and they have offered to reimburse the 2 meals, so thank you

Food was incredible and stuffed right to the top, which is great. Staff were friendly and dealt with a rude customer very well from what I saw.We got the steamed pork bun, Japanese crispy chicken, singapore rice noodles, and crispy wontons

We have ordered several times through Uber eats and there is just no consistency. We order the same dishes every time- Kway Teow and Hot and Spicy. I always order no onion and no bean shoots on the Kway Teow.The last few times, we have noticed that they will sometimes put sesame seeds on the dishes, sometimes not. If sesame seeds are now being put on the dishes, this needs to be stated due to allergies and the fact that pregnant women can't have sesame seeds. The dishes are frequently missing ingredients. I have never had my Kway Teow come with egg as stated on the menu.Last Saturday, we ordered the same thing again, and my Kway Teow came completely burned and smelled rancid- like a mix between detergent and rancid oil. I ordered no onion and no bean sprouts as usual and the dish also came with no other ingredients except the burned noodles. (the menu also states it should have egg, pork, prawn, spring onion, oyster sauce). I am not sure how this could have happened. I do know that I will not risk ordering again, it's been way too many times that I have been disappointed.I will note that I have provided this feedback to the restaurant who advised to claim a refund through uber eats which we also did.
