I have been working with Donna for almost 10 years for everything from personal training, nutrition and rehab. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge, extremely experienced and goes above and beyond. Online booking system makes it easy to find a time convenient for your busy life. She is always happy to answer questions you may have throughout the treatment or after.
