Can't comment on the food, left before ordering after getting tired of waiting to order. There was no line in front of me to order, I was still waiting to order after they filled the 2-3 orders that were made before I came in. I was the only one waiting to order and never once did anyone say be with you shortly" or "sorry for the wait" I may as well have been invisible

Easily the worst hungry jacks I have been to. I’ve given it a few opportunities but every time I’ve been, it’s been a disappointment. The buns are always sloppy and extremely wet. They are never busy and for some reason I get sent to the waiting bay for 10 minutes and they never cook fresh chips so when they finally come out to give me my meal I get icy cold chips. The service was horrendous as well, they were so rude to me and extremely arrogant. It felt like they didn’t want business even though they never have business.

Pathetic service..it's unbelievable how can someone give mouldy food to customers.. I ordered vegan whopper yesterday..but the whole bread bun has blue spots , which is clearly seen that's fungus...they are selling expired food items, without thinking that it can cause someone serious health issues.when I complain they simply said sorry ...I mean seriously...very disappointing...everyone plz check your burgers bun or other items before having them..

I've been ordering at this for years, quality of the burgers can vary, But generally it's delicious, customer service is great. The workers have been very nice, never have I had problems. Cleanliness is not the best but it definitely has Improved over recent years.Update: Always nice and hot but seem to consistently get your order wrong on large orders

Meal was over cooked, we bought 2 meals, 5 small pieces of chicken dry out, small chips, the chip bags wasnt even full, n a cup of sprite full of ice, $35 what a joke. Never again

I ordered online in the end o had to go to the store, cause my Oder hadn't come through, so I ordered again, then while I'm there my Oder came through, you woukd have thought they would have just canceled second order, but no, I paid double,never ordering online again, shocking!
