Communication and service is very poor. I ordered a t-shirt and it still hasn't arrived 2 weeks after receiving an email (without a tracking link) advising it had been dispatched. Lockdowns are no excuse as other items have been arriving within days of dispatch. I have sent 3 emails in the last week asking for a tracking link but they haven't replied to any of them.

Highly recommend. I needed 6 T-shirts urgently for my business launch, so I sent them an email to check if its possible. They said yes, so I ordered them on their website which was super easy to use.
