Just arrived in Wagga in September & went to Star Hand Wash for a Regular Wash for $40 as listed in their advertising but told that because of price increases it was now &55 so said OK. Went back Thursday 1st Dec & told the $55 job was now $90 because of price increases. Really disappointing as the first job was pretty good but won’t be going back at that price & the owner doesn’t seem to care too much

Had my car done yesterday, this boy was excellent I think he is from Syria.He only charged $40 for something that took him 90mins and my car looked amazing like brand new, he was excellent I gave him a $10 tip as his prices are too cheap. He does an excellent job I am going back, value for money

They admitted they didn’t have experience with a buffing machine and destroyed my brand new cars paint and abused me for questioning them. They also chipped my paint in multiple spots along with a few scratches. They used a tooth brush to apply polish in some areas and a regular dirty towel to dry and as they did so, the guys belt hit the hard loud enough that I could hear it outside. Poor job and horrible professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend to absolutely anyone. Before I left they abused me and started recording me.

Booked for a $55 interior clean, which according to their facebook page includes a vacuum and steam clean to all the carpet. All was fine until they saw my mercedes then decided the car was “too dirty” and wanted to charge me $250 for a super detail, even though the price list by the door said $180 for the same service. I left straight away and won’t be returning.
