Punchbowl Children's Centre

This centre is worse child care in this area. Never take any responsibility, I never see any staffs are smile for a second and very rude all of the staffs. Very unprofessional and poor quality service. Not recommended.

My daughter loves the daycare. Her first teachers are the best, they guided me through transitioning my 11 months old slowly into care as I was heading back to full time work at 13 months maternity leave with love, care and guidance. Throughout the year, the centre is very forward leading in communicating their care philosophy through photobook while being very open to parents' recommendations. I felt heard and felt my baby was well cared for as the teachers cater to eavh children's different interests while helping them learning about themselves hence knowing cvompassion to others. My baby was not the best eater, and I let the teachers know of my worries. They went so far as creating a daily communication note book detailing her eating habits, their recommendations and strategies which helped me implementing the same at home. I am just very grateful for them to do this. My baby is now with the centre for nearly 2 years, eating well and the most happy kid I know and love.

Professionals and very responsive, you can see everyone here works very hard and have the kids best interest at heart.

Fantastic centre with high quality care. The staff are always responsive and happy to help. My son absolutely loved his educators and they created a lovely bond. Thank you to all the staff, you’re superstars!
