Whitsunday Escape Bareboat Holidays

Amazing staff, amazing boat and had an amazing holiday. Leizar the Jeanneau 439 is an incredible yacht. Plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples) easy to sail and well maintained. The staff were amazing and Lachies briefing was more fun than a chore. We will be back for sure and I would highly recommend Whitsunday escape for a trouble free easy to plan and enjoyable sailing holiday.

Whitsunday escape made the whole process very smooth and easy. Very useful website and staff made the boat I chose the right choice. I cruised the beautiful Whitsundays for just over a week and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and marine life. Lots to do and see and ideal if you’re into stand up paddle boarding, diving or snorkeling. The boat itself I used was the Seawind 1160 – 4 it had 4 cabins and 2 showers on board and was spacious enough for the size of the group that we had. Good cooking facilities and space up on deck was also nice as we cruised through the islands. I would highly recommend this boat and company when wanting to experience the Whitsundays on the sea with family or friends.

We hired Aquila Sunrise. This is a luxury 44 foot power cat with three bedrooms and three ensuites. It is more a couples boat than a family boat. From the moment we made our initial inquiry, Whitsunday Escapes proved to be more professional and a pleasure to deal with. Whoever runs this team should be very proud. But it did not stop there, from the moment we arrived,the staff were very accommodating. From the induction from Ben to the handover on our return, and all the radio contact for our Scheds each day, and advice on moorings and travels. A great job! We loved the trip and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about doing it. It was very safe with beautiful scenery. We will be back!

We were onboard Neptune which comfortably slept 8 of us… this beauty has so much space onboard, it meant that we could spend time on the water with a lot of people but without being in each others space the whole time… the cabins were down below, the dining areas were on the first deck with a HUGE front deck area as you walk out the door and the upper deck included extra couch seating and a gorgeous day bed, perfect for tanning.. we could snorkel and paddle board straight from the boat. And the guys brought some kiting equipment which fit easily in the storage.. this beautiful boat is such an amazing option if you’re looking to luxuriously transport yourself around the Whitsundays

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a breathtaking adventure in the charter boat Neptune in the stunning Whitsundays, and I must say it was an experience of a lifetime. From start to finish, Neptune exceeded all my expectations, leaving me with cherished memories and a desire to return.Neptune boasted a sleek design and impeccable maintenance. Its spacious decks provided ample room to relax, soak up the sun (in the sunbed), and enjoy the panoramic views of the Whitsunday Islands. The cabins were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped.

Our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 young children (5, 8, 10) rented a 40ft sailing catamaran from Whitsunday Escape on a last minute whim. It was our first time to rent an extended bareboat trip.The company was superlative, from finding available boats, to helping us book quickly. They were excellent communicators, and no detail was too small for them to help us through.We chose to have an extended briefing with Jason, who made sure we were confident and competent before setting sail. He was wonderful, clearly explaining the practicalities of our ship (Montessa Rose).The yacht was immaculate, clean, everything in good working order, and generously stocked with linens, towels, and cooking equipment.We had the best adventure, and made memories to cherish for a lifetime. Our only complaint is that it wasn't longer.You will not be disappointed with this charter company, they were professional and methodical. We felt very supported through the entire trip, will not hesitate to book again through them. Honestly, could not have been better!

Our booking proceeded over two years (bloody Covid) and every contact from start to finish was delivered with the same helpful happiness.The Whitsundays are a 'must do' jewel in the sea! It simply doesn't need any more words than that.The boat was clean and comfortable, easily handling the 6 of us spaciously. It was impressive under sail and handled some big weather with ease.We'll be back!
