Horrendous experience with this broker. The Managing Director Mark Reid handled our claim. Arrogant, rude and incompetent would be the best way to describe our communication with him, extremely unprofessional. He even had the audacity to come to our home and swear at us as we had differing opinions on what the outcome of the claim should look like. What was already a very difficult situation was made so much more stressful by the lack of support and intervention by the broker in dealing with the insurance company. We ended up dealing with the insurer directly and they were fantastic. I would never recommend anyone to use this broker and particularly stay away from the MD. He recently advised us that the brokerage were no longer handling small claims/ home insurance and that we would need to find an insurer directly. I found this hysterical as there was no way we would have used them again anyway. Please be very vary of any promises you are made. Quick to take your money however no assistance with claims management.
