Absolutely fantastic service whenever I’ve needed anything. Emily is so knowledgeable and helpful and always goes above to help and guide me with what we need for our pets. The store has always been so clean and tidy and the staff friendly.

Very impressed!! Called in with a unique scenario. The manager (?) and groomer went out of their way for my number 1 (Dog) even though it was obvious they were super busy unpacking pallets of stock. Customer service A++++

My dog has just graduated from puppy school. She did a five week course and Renee was just wonderful. The girls at the shop are very good and very helpful. We will continue to go there for all our doggy treats.

Love this shop. Friendly staff, great range and the Puppy school run by Renee is fun and so full of information. She teaches not only basic obedience, but some cool tricks and training like sniffer-dog training and pawlates.

Not my first choice for pet needs. They do have some items I can't get elsewhere. The clearance bins are often good. Staff like animals yet their advice is always influenced by what they are selling. Not as knowledgeable as you'd hope. Pets getting a clip always seem happy.

Both packets of my shrimp brine I purchased at the Albany creek store were completely dried out

I accidentally forgot my dogs grooming appointment, these ladies are SO kind and accomodating every time I’ve spoke with them. It’s so refreshing to see. Thanks ladies.
