This wonderful shop punched extra holes in my Birkenstock sandals and didn’t charge for the service. As he worked on the sandals he was pleasant and joked. Wonderful service and banter. Thank you!

Great store. Did some amazing engraving for and key cutting for us and really good value prices. Service and experience of the owner and staff second to none. Well worth a try.

Nice guy, however have had two items poorly worked on from this store. A shoe sole replacement on Birkenstocks as well as engraving on a YETI drink bottle. Both poorly carried out and to be honest a bit disappointed that the gent didn't fess up to the poor quality work and offer some kind of solution to get a better result.

I got car keys cut and paid $140 for them. They didn't work. I gave the keys back but the store wouldnt give me a refund. I passed on my details so my money could be refunded. Didn't hear for a week and half, went back to the store and for told well the store passed the details nothing they could do. Wouldn't even try call the boss, so I had to call after I asked for their number only to hear nothing. Don't go here, they only your money, don't do the job and won't refund you back.
