I bought some mongrel boots wore them around the house (inside) for 30mins to get a feel for them, they were very uncomfortable. My partner took them back to swap for another pair and she was told the toe has a crease and we cant take them back. Can't believe they wouldn't swap them for a crease. fair trading has been contacted and is dealing with it. what a pain and disappointment. Terrible customer service by Jess

Very helpful staff. The young sales assistant knew her product and was able to point me in the right direction for what I needed. I am ignorant in not asking for her name it was a Sunday morning around lunchtime. Will use this shop again as I am after working gear not a fashion statement.

The team at Workscene are always super helpful and accommodating. Jess in particular has been very prompt in getting clothes embroidered when I have been desperate. Will definitely continue doing business there and would highly recommend.

I've never had any issue with the staff at Workscene Penrith. They have always giving me the friendly & honest advise regarding any brands that I was enquiring into, an example was I needed some pairs of Mongrels Boots which they did not have in stock. Kristy assisted me in ordering and explain how long it would take to come in, I was extremely happy in the timely fashion that they arrived.
