The other day I went to Bunnings Pakenham to pick up a replacement gas bottle. I walked into the store with the empty bottle, and a lady at the service desk immediately on my left shouted at me at the top of her voice, take that out of here now

I recently attended the store- I found the item I was looking for, which was great. However, I felt profiled when I was seemingly the only one whose receipt was scanned at the exit door. Maybe it was by random sampling of black people, with me being the representative sample. Lol.

John in the garden centre was so helpful. They didn't have what we needed a specific variety of tree but gave us advice and help. Great assest to the company is John.

Customer service is terrible to say the least. So hard to find staff to assist and when you do, they act like it’s a massive inconvenience … or will “send someone to help” who never actually comes.

Hi ,my husband and I just purchased a one off wood fire place.( Very heavy) and Glenn the worker on the floor was extremely helpful to assist us with all the information needed and getting it into the van. Cheers and thankyou..

Fantastic store, staff are happy and understanding and really know their stuff. Plants all look amazing and there’s generally more then 1 register open when people line up so you don’t have to wait forever thank god there’s more then 1 Bunnings in pakenham

Not the best experience there finding soil I went for settling for soil but good quality never the less but not successful with colorbond fence hangers I wanted but let Bunnings now and did get a reply which I will respond too soon
