Very happy with my experience here.I've been a couples times.1st to have a drastic change- medium length to very short. The hairdresser fulfilled everything I asked for.2nd after my hair grew longer, I had a junior do ombre, Dark brown to Blonde, she did a wonderful job.Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Kaylene was great! She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my haircut which is important to me. The space is lovely and they even offer tea!Update: I returned here to get my hair dyed and I felt as thought communication about what I wanted from the girls doing my hair was lacking - I wanted a whole head of bleach and then blue dye and to start off with the girl was going to do just highlights... Then when dying my hair it was very slap dash on top of wet hair, which didn't stick and left dye all over my ears and hairline and the entire back of my neck is blue! They had to do another lot of dye to get the colour to work properly and it did this time. I'm happy with the result of my hair, but the process could have been much improved and please be careful when dying people's hair as colour stains and I now have blue ears! Thank goodness the photoshoot I got this done for isn't for another few days and I shouldn't have blue ears or neck by then... I can't wear my hair up! And when I called to let the girls know I didn't even get an apology just an explanation that dye stains...

Cut is very uneven, choppy and not what I asked for. Layering is so short and over the top that I cannot even manage to make it look nice. Plus there are bits of hair way longer everywhere. Felt very rushed, the hairstyles are fit for a much older clientele and I am very unhappy with my hair.I didn’t want a blow wave or wash (as I had washed it before I went) she insisted on a blow wave to show me how to style it (when I said I don’t want to have to style my hair everyday to make it look nice, I don’t have time for that) I think she was trying to cover up the bad cut then charged me for a blow wave.It was my first time and the lady who did it was lovely and very friendly but I don’t think hairstyle/cuts is her thing.As soon as I got out to my car I cried my eyes out and didn’t have it in me to go back in to complain.Won’t be going back.

Always exceptional service, by caring and professional staff! Nothing is ever a problem or too hard. The salon is always a welcoming, friendly and clean environment! Great job girls, already looking forward to my next visit!

I went in for a haircut the other day.Friendly welcome, they were not able to fit me in right away but could an hour later.Quick and prompt service with a friendly smile.Nice and cheap aswell.Great job.

Every time I have gotten my hair done here it has been so beautiful and accurate to what I ask for! They do an amazing job and nail a wide range of styles and colours, the vibe in the store is lovely and relaxing and the prices are very reasonable too. Everyone there is lovely. Highly recommend!
