Staff are really un-attentive, given that you’re there to possibly buy one of their over-priced products to begin with. Three ladies were behind the counter facing the front having a laugh - I was the only person in the store and they clearly saw me. When I asked for help with a product that was marked as ‘in stock’ on their website, she glanced around for a second and said ‘nah none in stock’ which is fine, but at least make it look like you’re looking. Had to (again) interrupt their conversations with each other to ask for help with finding a similar product in their scattered store. Why is there not one section for each product type? Super loud music which isn’t exactly fitting for an aromatherapy-type store. No wonder I shop here once every two years.

Great Customer service. I was served by the Manager and another lovely woman working with her. They went above and beyond for my request and could of not been anymore helpful!

The short lady at the counter very bad customer service. I went to the store this afternoon, paid for my purchase but not even say thank you or look at me and busy talking to her friend at the next counter. What a bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. How can you be Condescending and sarcastic towards a person they never saw in their life??Absolutely disgusting. I will never return. I actually purchased the candles. Never again.Dusk choose your staff properly!

Epping Plaza Store -As I was leaving the restore there was a young girl with short Brown hair grey dress and black ankle boots standing at the door asking to check my bagShe wasn't there to check anyone else besides myselfI refused for her to check my bag as I asked her why as she than said - someone had seen me put something in my bag ?!First of all where is your bad check policy before entering the store that you have the authority to bag check without this it is illegal to ask any persons under any circumstanceSecondly she did not see me but is taking on feedback from a someone in store who thinks they saw me doing this wrong doingAnd lastly what poor customer service on her behalf insisting she check my shopping bags arguing with me threatening to call security - which mind you I took it upon myself to call security to rectify the situationI have forwarded this complaint to the dusk Headoffice -

There is a lady named yanna who served me has a very bad attitude and literally very ignorant and bad customer service. I visited store on Saturday afternoon and wasn’t busy but she was keep on saying its very busy and apparently made me to wait for 10 min to wrap one candle. Horrible customer service never visiting the store again.

Stopped by last night and was served by two lovely girls! Very attentive staff and the store was very well organised!

amazing customer service it made my day very helpful and willing to help out if your suffering from a medical condition that affects everyday routine i would highly recommend this place definitely will be coming back i brought natural oils that are real thing
