Ordered an item, waited for a call, was told it would be 3-4 weeks, they took my name and no. And would call. After 2 months I rang, they could not have been more disinterested in my call. They could not be bothered to look up the information I left when I made the order. Was told there was a similar item I could come and get but could not be bothered looking up my order. Everything they offer is also available from other online providers. Will be ordering our colonial fittings online from now on. Very poor customer service. Will avoid this store.

Very comprehensive range of beautiful colonial fittings. The owner (?) has always helped solve my restoration questions of period replacement styles or has directed me to where I could get help on parts he couldn't supply.
