On Saturday 6:30pm the 18th of March 2023 I was the fortunate recipient of the godliest cheeseburger I have ever been treated to. It was so unbelievably drenched in tomato sauce that every single nibble felt like a gift from Budha himself. I really hope the fat four eyes who made it has a great Monday filled with joy and minimum wage.

4:40am no cars In sight. Waited over 4 minutes in the drive through for frozen Coke.. Had to beep to get attention of staff member who was incredibly rude when finally handing over drink. Frozen coke tasted like cleaning product and dirty water. I always give this McDonald’s another shot because it’s on my drive home but this is the 4th time in 2 weeks the service was horrific, staff were dismissive and food tasted poisonous. so average

Not a great maccas, slow service & dirty inside. Staff too busy serving drive thru & Uber customers. Our food sat on the counter for 5+ mins waiting for drinks, it was cold.The lady next to me asked for fresh fries as hers were cold, they put the cold ones back on the serving thing! After she had eaten one & asked for fresh ones. Yuk.I wouldn't go there again.

Great maccas, clean store, friendly staff and service with a smile makes for a pleasant dining experience.Nothing GLUTEN FREE but I find the solution is to use the maccas app and customise your burger with no bun.Some burgers you can add tomato to, so I add two slices and use it as a bun.Surprisingly it seems to work for me and I'm coeliac and the tiniest bit of GLUTEN and I'm a broken man for 24 to 48 hours.Thank you...Cheers...

Does it hurt to put 3 LARGE MEALS in a big paper bag?!?!? It had to fit in a small paper bag like a jigsaw. One left turn and everything came tumbling out..... If I could give a 0 star review, this would warrant it.

Car park very congested drive through waiting bay interfere with drive through exit very small driveway to accommodate two way traffic when I opened my Bic Mac it did not look like a BIC Mac at all Pattie’s not stacked up properly neither were the buns the sauce was all on one side extremely messy to consume employees were coming out of the restaurant to hand over orders for people waiting from drive through didn’t know who’s waiting for what running around asking everyone who was sitting in their cars did you order ? Absolutely horrible experience which I will never repeat again

Probably the worst McDonalds in Sydney. disappointed every single time. Literally food is never fresh even when you specifically ask for fresh. I have reiterated I want fresh nuggets and chips on multiple occasions they reassure me they are being made fresh and once again I drive off and nuggets are cold and stale.You’d think after asking multiple times they would actually listen to your request but no. Honestly I have never ever had a pleasant experience with my food at this store and after my experience tonight I will never return to the store again.

Arrogant staff asked for the manager and he was also arrogant and not helpful - Worst McDonalds ever been to. Says 24/7 went at 3am couldn't fit in drive-through wouldn't serve at counter even though doors open and music blaring. I am a night worker and many other McDonalds serve me during the night and this one did 2mths ago. Went beside it to 7Eleven - where i received great service, coffee and donut. Couldn't put less than 1 star!!!

Really they seem to get it wrong all the time, orders are missing food. Best one was last nite the order was a wrap what we got was a dry old Apple pie inside a wrap. Thought I may have got a response but no guess maccas are to busy ripping people off.once again home delivery 1hr later got 1/2 order, no response from management only not our fault. Poor customer service and no outcome.
