Elizabeth Johnson has been an amazing Property Manager bending over backwards to ensure our move was a smooth transition under difficult circumstances. The apartment was in good condition with an extremely detailed condition report. Any repair works required were already completed for us and otherwise booked in. With over 10 years experience in renting personally, I’m extremely impressed and grateful for her professional conduct and care shown.

Absolutely lovely and very professional. We have been apart of Adamson's Century 21 (renting one of their apartments) nearing 10yrs and they have made this experience smooth and peaceful for me as a their tenant. A team that is always available for any concerns or issues. A team that ensures you are heard. A team that works hard to meet your satisfactions.

I have rented with Century 21 Adamsons for many years and hope i can continue with them for many more years. They have always been an awesome mix of professional and friendly. Dealing with Amy Dudley, Head of Property/BDM over the past week regarding a water leak in the bathroom has been a lot simpler, easier and quicker than i expected, even including a public holiday and weekend . Very, very impressed.

Century 21 has been the strata manager of our apartment block for many years and has provided very good management and service. When our apartment became available for rental it was natural that we would select Century 21 to manage our rental property. Elizabeth Johnson has been our property manager for over 4 years and has consistently provided timely and efficient service. She has effectively assisted/advised us on practical rental matters. We are very happy with the level of service provided by Century 21 and, in particular, by Elizabeth.

I have been renting through Century 21 Cronulla for almost 5 years and have always been extremely happy with them as an agent and my property manager Elizabeth Johnson. Any repairs/maintenance I have needed for my apartment or the block she has always arranged promptly. Communication is easy and any problems have been resolved quickly. Elizabeth has always been very friendly, understanding and professional which is exactly what you want in a property manager. Dealing with Chad and the rest of the Century21 Team has been delightful. The service was very professional, they answered all my queries promptly, from the first phone call and right till the house move everything was seamless. A great real estate agent and Chad is a fantastic property manager. Highly recommend!!!

Chad and the team at Century 21 were responsive and supportive with helping to update our investment property between tenants. Chad's communication throughout the process was clear and timely and he was very willing to help.

We were renting about 4 years with Century 21. From the beginning Elizabeth Johnson was always show us a professional behavior, does not matter if we discussed requests or complains. We always found a solution. I can say it is very nice experience for me as i know not many real estate agencies/agents can do communication with such kind and professional way. Century 21 Cronulla managed our rental properties for more than 10 years. Bruno was an amazing property manager - professional, supportive, accomodating and courteous. Since his departure, we have had 3 property managers in the space of 6 months. No communication from them to notify us of the changes. For the extremely high management fees they charge (possibly just us), I would have expected a greater level of professionalism - such as looking after the interests of both landlords and tenants, responding to phone calls an emails, the organisation of prompt and efficient property maintenace and repairs ..... Consequently, they have lost our business !

I'm a single mother looking for a rental trying to start again, I was approved for a rental and then had the rental application revoked within the 48 hours allocated (in writing) as I applied for a rent Bond start loan to give me some breathing space for myself and daughter. I tried to call Bruno within the 48 hours and no call was returned nor did he bother to pick up the phone and let me know that the landlord believed this would take too long. I was sent an email to inform me of the revoke (within the 48 hours) and when I called to find out what I could do in regards to putting up the bond now, I was told this wasn't a good start and there was nothing I could do and I should have disclosed more about my personal situation in the application which to me is private. When I was getting no where with Bruno as he went on a tangent about very serious situations he knows nothing about I was then put onto Ken who never acknowledged my situation but rather told me how amazing Bruno is.Cooper however, was amazing and Helpful which is why I have given them 2 stars instead of 1. I hope you get to deal with Cooper and not Bruno.
