Staff are lovely and competent. What sets them apart, they REALLY listen to what you say you want, and read between the lines. Gorgeous, contemporary cuts. Very fair prices.

Lovely people but the worth fringe haircut I have ever had. It's not straight at all and not even either. It does a half circle and I look like a clown. When she cut it she did it on dry hair and not doing layer per layer. I thought well this her technique but the result is very bad. I am not the type to leave negative comment but I think people should be aware that this is not the place to get a modern straight fringe...

I walked in with my 2 year old to have his fringe cut and I was greeted by the most friendly staff member. She was absolutely outstanding with how she handled my difficult 2yo. She was patient and understanding and then to top off our whole experience, she didn’t charge me. I haven’t come across such amazing service in a very long time. If I had of been staying longer in Ferntree Gully, I most certainly would have booked in for the full experience. Do yourself a favour and support this local Gem!!

Took a chance and walked in at 9 am this morning, great haircut, am transitioning to grey and she was very supportive whereas other hairdressers often encourage colouring. Will be back.
