Our first experience for Sasha tasting some rat baits was great. Service fantastic and the care given to Sasha was caring and professional. Sasha actually wants to go in and visit everytime we walk past now!

Berwick Veterinary Hospital are amazing when it comes to caring for our pets! Whether it be routine check-ups or visits with an unwell pet, the staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. The vet nurses and the vets show genuine care and are great at handling our cats, keeping them calm and comfortable.

A well presented group of clinics. The vets are amazing and the nurses are fantastic! Everyone is lovely and very accommodating!

This place is amazing in terms of how they look after your best friend. Mine is a dog, the vet he sees he has a special bond with so we only see her NOT because the other vets are great but because they have a BOND.. and she is sooo patient and so loving he literally behaves just for her. They treat your pets like family, speak to them like they are family. I just wish this place was open longer on Sunday or had emergency options for after hours but you can’t have it all can you? I totally trust this place and they never push you to buy things... they truly recommend what is best for your pet. Love it and so does he. Ji

First dog for our family and First time visiting to vet. kind and good customer service. Give them 3 stars because they didnt inform us that cost of Saturday consultation. Thought they charged over $100 because of vaccine and flee and warm tablet and service. Obviously it wasnt. Was expensive because its Saturday consultation. If I knew I wouldnt made appointment on Sat. Very happy with service but it would be better to inform to new customers about cost for sat consultation or possible large sum for any services. Will go back again because we are happy with them but visit them on weekday. Lol

This vet clinic is amazing. I've been taking my kelpie puppy, Specter, here for 7 months now and all the staff are very friendly and professional. They are super patient with my boisterous pup and are always happy to answer all my questions as this is my first pup. They are also very happy for me to come by semi-regularly to quickly weigh him as a way for me to create positive associations with going to the vet. Thanks heaps guys!

Forever grateful to all the staff who helped my beautiful Grace, during her surgery.A special thanks to the amazing Dr Isabelle Thomas who gave me reassurance on her procedure, and I’m so glad we followed through with the outcome. Also to beautiful nurse Bec, who looked after Gracey and helped her in and out of the car. Highly recommend this Vet Clinic. The staff are very passionate and care about your fur babies.❤️

So disappointingly this Vet seems to have changed Management / Ownership. As the experience was not like our last four visits.Please be aware of hidden surcharge $27 extra • per dog •, if you choose a Saturday appointment for Vaccination.When making a phone booking originally for a Tuesday. My Mum was then told Saturday was also available (which was sooner. However, yearly vaccinations were non-urgent.)There was no mention - that it was at a different rate, to give my Pensioner Mum (with two dogs) a choice of what was best for her budget.Upon calling today for clarification to investigate why this happenedmy Mum was told might of been a new trainee and that the price was on their web page (no price is listed and they themselves had to “work out the price” ). Furthermore, today’s Receptionist did not advise either - unless directly asked “if the rate was the same for all six days? ”.Reminder Email to book Vaccinations also omitted the Saturday Surcharge.A Saturday Surcharge might be a necessary business practice but a lack of transparency is not.Here’s is our history2021 = $218 (also on a weekend)2022 = $2102023 = $372
