The courier has managed to loose my international package ...I spent 500 dollers for a safe and secure delivery. They are refusing to give us any information or money back. I wanted to follow up from the receiving end but they are regusing to give me the contact address as well.I would have given -5 if I could

They didn't deliver my package yet, it's been 5 business days, no note of attempted delivery left. Called there helpline that went to a chatbot for a re-delivery, never actioned, had Kmart apply for another re-delivery showed on the app and never actioned with no delivery or update since. Now I'm going away and will probably never get the package. Really bad service and not the first time. Also, try to have delivery to another postal pickup location, and the app didn't update it. Kmart needs to choose another delivery provider.

I would give zero star if I could. The driver from Couriers Please did not follow the delivery instructions and created damages to my private property, and their Customer Service is useless.I ordered several things from Kmart and the parcel was automatically delivered by Couriers Please. I never gave the authority to leave the parcel in a safe place" if I am not at home. But the driver did not follow the delivery instructions and created damages to my private property by throwing the heavy parcel over my balcony which is on the 1st floor. I did contact Couriers Please regarding this issue. One of their agent named Carmela got back to me

Disappointed! where are my packages? I'm waiting on two things. Two small things. The tracking of them keeps giving me the runaround. Delivery reschedule, delivery reschedule, delivery reschedule. Are you kidding me? this is the first time in my life i have ever had an issue with Couriers Please. We are no longer in lockdown or the pandemic! what is the excuse for this? My dogs need their food!! Yes,I have contacted support. No reply.

I stayed back home to collect an important item. Driver rang the bell and JUST LEFT. Didn't wait. I opened the door and saw him drive right past. Called up the contact center, the lady there tried asking him to go back and the driver didn't listen to the lady. Refused to come back. He lied to his own team that he knocked on the door as well. I have it all on the video sir!All of this happened within 8 seconds. Guess he wanted me to wait at the door for him all day to arrive.Pathetic!

So it only takes 58 minutes for Couriers Plus to reply to my one star review but over a month to pick up my package.I have tried three times for a package to be picked up but with no success.Couriers Please do not strive for high quality service at all as your staff are lazy, incompetent and indifferent.A time was set three times, I waited and no-one turned up. During my fourth phone call with Couriers Please, I was told there was an issue and they would get back to me but I have not heard from anyone. Another week has gone past 11/06/2023Edit 1: I have followed the link below and completed my details, let's see how it goes 11/06/2023Edit 2: I received an automated reply and responded 12/06/2023Edit 3: I have not yet heard from Couriers Please one week later 19/06/2023Edit 4: Called again today. Was advised that the package would be picked up today - 100%. A driver was assigned. No he did not pick up the package. This is now becoming a game for me and I will persist 23/06/2023Edit 5: Woohoo! Our package was surprisingly picked up 29/06 without any notification. Got to be happy either way. Thank you

I am desperately waiting for parcel from overseas. Trying to contact using the contact number provided on website. No response. Can't get connected to a human. No clue where's my parcel. Very poor tracking system. Doesn't respond sensibly. I'm clueless when to expect delivery.

I would have given it zero stars if I could. This is the worst courier company I have ever encountered, please avoid at all cost if possible. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice. Bought something from Amazon and for god knows what reason, Amazon decided to send the parcel using Couriers Please. I received a text message on 9 Jan saying that there was an attempted delivery but the business has closed down and delivery was unsuccessful. Huh?? Their customer service is hopeless, you can’t speak to anyone. They only communicate via email. I am still waiting for delivery till this day. I am really shocked with this experience, considering that their website says that they are owned by Singapore Post. Yucks.
