can i just say wow first!Management is now different and is now run by absolutely dedicated owners. The service is super fast and the workers are a lot more welcoming. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants quality coffee and a quick snack. They've absolutely upgraded in terms of service and quality of service. They're homely and are very humble people. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy Michel's once again.

Overzealous manager. Almost all the tables and chairs surrounding the cafe were unoccupied. I decided to use one table with my children so one of them could quickly eat a donut that was bought at a cafe opposite Michel's, which was full. Manager insisted we leave, threatening to call security. Felt like a gross overreaction given the abundance of seating and we were only there a few minutes.

Amazing customer service! I went there to look for a cake for my partners birthday and the man that served me was amazing, he went above and beyond to help us find a great cake to celebrate, will definitely be returning!

Really surprised to see bad reviews about this cafe. I stop by few times a week to have my coffee and dessert. If it’s around lunch time I would never think of going to another place. Iv always had a good experience in this place. Highly recommend everyone to try their best coffee and experience their friendly service.

I asked the lady working there if my child could sit at the table there to eat her hot chips. (I wanted to do the right thing and ask first as we didnt buy anything) So before she could even say anything the manager answered for her and said 'no you have to buy something from here first sorry'. They have so many tables and only two were occupied at the time. And I wonder why!Terrible service and mediocre coffee I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!No empathy whatsoever and only cares about making money.Do not recommend this place at all.

Really awful experience. I waited there for more than five minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. I can understand that they are busy but an acknowledgment would have been nice. I left to get coffee elsewhere
