I never got a quote after they came and looked at the project and very slow in responding to emails.

We spent a year trying to find a builder to replace two chimneys on our Federation era home in Sydney. After much frustration and refusals to even quote, Melrose where recommended by a friend.From the first contact the team were great to deal with. Great & friendly communication. Although they couldn't fit in our (smallish) job immediately they kept us in the loop and it was worth the wait.The quality of the finished product is excellent, you wouldn't know they are not the original features. Totally in keeping with the house and the surrounding heritage architecture.I wound not hesitate to recommend Kevin and the team.

We found our Renovation Builder here in Sydney. We had Melrose Design Build work on our Home Extension and they completed the job on time, within budget and everything was perfect. Great team to work with and I would certainly recommend them.
