REAL HEALTH MASSAGE

I had a massage for neck and shoulder for 20 mins and they did for 17 mins. In the first 5 mins the masseus that worked on me was busy talked to other customer and didn't focus to do the message on me. I was about to complaint but at the same time when the massage finished my baby was waking up and crying so didin't bother to talk to them! Not very good experience, won't come back!

Had 2 of us have a 30 min. Reflexology massage. Younger girl had a bad attitude and was not interested in even being there, older lady I presume was the owner massaged me for 22 mins. Mostly was with one hand as she used phone in other.

Massage was good. They also have health fund rebates which is great. My daughter and I both had a full body massage. But they only did the back side of us. Which I thought was weird. Then after my nassage I read the sign on the wall behind me that I didn't see before my massage which read that if you want both sides done please ask. Will remember that for next time.

Gabby is the best masseuse I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to my fair share across countries! Very thorough and strong hands so deep tissue is very good with her. I haven’t had massage by any other masseuse there though.

NO IDEA and NO CLEAN TOWELS.The man who did a massage had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Only did one side and actually hurt my knee by twisting it the wrong way and that was after Laying on the bed for 15 mins before he came Started.Then once he finished he refolded the towel he had used on me for the next poor victim.MY ADVICE, go elsewhere!!!

Real Health Massage is a fairly good massage parlor considering it's a walk in shop in the middle of a shopping centre (though, they also take bookings).Offering reflexology, relaxation, chinese massage and more, there's a choice for everyone. You DO however need to be specific in terms of what you want or what you're booking, as it is sometimes hard to communicate with the workers and language barrier.I've had reflexology, chinese and remedial done here and all were quite good - however one remedial ended up being a relaxation massage, highlighting my point above to clarify the massage you're after so you're not given a worker who is too weak to get through your muscles etc.I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, only because of having stuffed up my massage type and being someone who much prefers sports-trained remedial therapists who actually understand muscle interconnectivity and activation.For a walk in massage place though and/or wanting a last minute massage, this is a very great option.

Booked in for a massage whilst on holidays. Firstly, I walk up to the counter, the lady completely ignored me and continued to watch some show on her phone, I said hello, she ignored me again, and continued to do the same thing. I figured she may not have heard me as I received no acknowledgment. I said hello, louder, she looked up, looked at me, then paused her show and asked what I wanted done. Some guy was sitting on one of the massage chairs for reflexology also on his phone watching something, she put in me a dingy room, with curtains that she didn’t close the entire way so people could see in. I booked for a whole body 90mins. The guy did the massage (considering I was the only person there, she should have asked if I was comfortable with a full body massage from a man). They didn’t do whole body. They also didn’t do my head which I double checked if they did and it states on a sign in the room that it was included. No music and only a curtain separating you from the general public and foot traffic, so you hear the entire centre. It was also meant to be relaxation, which I mentioned a heap of times as the guys pressure was to much in some points that it was actually incredibly painful. They massaged my feet with aveeno moisturiser. The whole place was not tidy. I ended up getting sick and no one else in my family did (family holiday) and this is the only place that I went to that was different to them. Whatever they had on the bed kept touching my mouth so I can only assume they don’t clean after each customer. And definitely don’t sanitise. Way overpriced for the experience. I highly recommend you don’t come here. Find somewhere else, also to the business, sort your stuff out. This was horrific. I get massages frequently (Melbourne based) and this was by far the worst experience. I really should have walked away when I entered the room and saw what I saw.

Amazing massage at the perfect pressure. Got all the tension and kinks from my tight upper body.
