Terrible experience for my childrens grandmother who has recently came here to Australia from USA and we wanted to give her a nice Xmas gift which turned out to be a day from hell for her , the spa water was cold and forced to walk bare foot . The lady doing her nails was rough with her and talking to her extremely rude she was made wait 4hours for infills and a pedicure. My family and myself will never ever go back to this horrible salon and I do not recommend it to anybody

absolutely terrible. my nails fell off two days after i got them done. the manager didnt follow the correct procedure when doing acrylic nails and i budged my nail against the freezer door at my work and it fell off. absolute waste of money and so overpriced. when you can get them done somewhere else for $45 for both acrylic and gel polish on top. a refund would be the least they could do after wasting my time and money. would not even consider getting them done for free.

Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. I own a business and I understand things can happen and that there are delays but the way the run this place is very unprofessional. I came in with my mother and was told to sit down and pick a colour… I waited 45 minutes until a lady placed the bucket of colours infront of me, after I picked a colour I waited another 15 minutes before someone did my manicure and then walked off to do someone else’s nails (I came on for full set acrylic and manicure). They accepted 3 other girls who walked in and did their nails before they even came to me. I wasted over an hour of my time and once my mother was finished I walked out with her as I didn’t want to waste another minute of my time. Please do not use this service as they don’t communicate well, waste your time and do a very rushed, inadequate job.

I went with my mum for a pedicure. Never again.Didn’t soak our feet prior to cutting the nails - split the nail on my mums foot & left it sharp. Had to ask multiple times to file it so it’s not sharp. At the time I’m waiting, 2 young girls walk in, asking for a pedicure - they both got started before me.Once I got started, they used the clippers that were used on someone else along with the pumice that hadn’t been cleaned. They only scrubbed my heel & nowhere else on my foot. I gave myself & my mum a better pedicure in lockdown than what we received. Waste of $

The worst service I've ever had in my life! I arrived, they left me on the chair waiting, two people arrived later and were sat on the chair to do the feet first! They put me in the chair and there I stayed for another 20 minutes! When I got up to leave, the rude employee went to charge my daughter for painting her hands and the card declined, she shouted at the door of the store that it was declining! I came back to giving her the money!I was humiliated and I never intend to go back to that place!

If you want to be treated rudely, have a simple mani & pedi (no shellac) done over 2 hours and being told that this is because they are busy while they’ve finished 5 other customers with shellac, and still have your nails ruined with cuts in multiple places, then this is the nail salon for you!My Mother is an elderly woman who came back from this salon in tears because the way she was treated and attended to at the salon.

Worst experience of my life. The staff were so rude, talking and laughing in their language. They kept pulling my hand and trying to bend my fingers and they kept looking at me with an annoyed face when I was moving my hand like i was doing something wrong. Very over priced for their service I wouldn't recommend it.

Had a terrible experience with one of the staff members. Asked for SNS, she dipped it 6 times so it was way too thick for my liking. Asked her several times if she was able to file it down as it was too thick, instead of filing it thinner she filed my nails shorter which I didn’t ask for. She had to re do 2 nails without me asking as they were way too thick but refused to file anything down. She said my nails will crack if she does it any thinner which isn’t the case. Was very rough, pulling and yanking my hand/fingers said she will cut me if I’m not sitting still. Extremely rude and abrupt!! I told her I am not happy with the result and to take the SNS off, she refused and ignored me then left me and continued with another. The SNS has gaps all in it and not filed down properly, I brought this to her attention many of times but she did not fix it!!Her poor colleague was so embarrassed apologising on her behalf. I used to come here for shellac (which would peel off within a week or so) but wanted to try SNS as the shellac didn’t seem to last long, thought it was my nails, after the way I was treated today I absolutely will not be returning. If only Amy the boss was there to put these girls in line!!

Had a mani and pedi here today end result was ok. The woman who did my nails was very rough and kept digging her long nails into my hand which was painful. I don’t think I’ll be going back here again

Pros: 2 stars because i love the result as they did not put thick acrylic so it looked like a natural nail.Cons: 1. expensive- $90+ for an acrylic gel nailpolish. It should’ve been infill but they removed everything without asking me.2. They cut my nails really short without asking me.3. Put on extensions without asking me again knowing that it’s not for free4. Language barrier. The lady took the wrong colour (which was beside my choice of colour) and started to paint my nails by starting the base coat (the clear one) so when i asked to confirm the colour that she took, she got upset and long story short, she couldn’t understand english well so the other staff explained what i meant. I didn’t feel comfortable after that because of her attitude. And after that, i got shocked with my bill. No wonder they erased the price list in front of their store.Normally nail salons have a close price list. Except for this shop.
