Chatterbox Speech Pathology

We are on a wait list for my daughter since last 2 years and they don’t tell how much more time will it take to get an appointment. When I called 2 weeks back they could not find our details in their system and then we have to register again. How can our name got deleted on its own? I am very disappointed

My daughter has been attending Speech therapy for the past 3 years. Her speech therapist has been fantastic and my daughter formed an instant friendship with her and looks forward to going to Speech each week. The receptionists are wonderful and are very welcoming and are happy to help you in any way they can. I highly recommend Chatter Box Speech pathology at Oran Park.

The team are amazing, never felt more welcome but a team of specialists! Highly highly highly recommend this team of experts with my son (Aged 7).

The staff at Chatterbox Speech are nothing short of amazing! I actually couldn't fault them if I tried. All staff are totally dedicated, genuinely passionate, caring and understanding. They are there for the families and they love what they do. My son has been seeing Kelsey weekly for almost 2 years. Her way with him actually brought me to tears in the beginning, because I had never experienced my son responding to myself or anyone quite like that. She is patient and kind, yet firm when appropriate. My son's speech has improved out of sight in so many ways. His progress is growing every week!! I also want to compliment Lisa, Stacey (before she left) and Beth at the front desk for being truly wonderful - understanding and empathetic, building people up and always exchanging a smile and positive vibes! We walk into this clinic feeling like a part of the family, feeling accepted. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I highly reccommend Chatterbox Speech to anyone needing a great speech therapist and family orientated and inclusive clinic!!!!

If I could give them minus stars I would.Biggest waste of time.

My DD has been attending weekly sessions at Chatterbox for the past 1yr , i find them to be very professional ,friendly and her therapist is helping her achieve weekly goals. I would highly recommend this centre .

The staff at Chatterbox Speech are nothing short of amazing! My son has been going for a while now and he loves waking up on a Friday to see miss Mel he looks forward to seeing not just her but the friendly staff such as Lisa and Beth, they have also got a new lady who is such a great member to the team, they are so understanding to any family needs such as even just needed someone to talk to these ladys are nothing but amazing and have help me along the away. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my boy

I've been attending this service for 5 years with 2 children with 2 different needs.I can't speak highly enough of this company.From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. It was the most friendliest office I've attend.They still are. They accommodate mine and my kids needs at every turn.My kids are making massive strides in their communication. With all the help and guidance these amazing ladies provide.I cant recommend this company enough if u need help and feel lost on the system this is the place to go.I am also horrified at the first review. And in all my time with catterbox have never seen an angry customer and any rudeness from the staff.Thankyou so much Lisa and every team member at chatterbox.

Very disappointed with the experience with management of Chatterbox Oran Park, after confirmation of booking weekly appointment for OT, paid full amount $880 for asssesment on first appointment and we received assessment report and were told they no longer can continue future session because the Therapist is leaving and we can take the report to other providers. This is very unprofessional and charging almost $1K from the service we didn't get. No Thank you!

Aside from the great staff they have achieved an excellent result for my son. They have a clean and professional environment with great parking. Good hours of availability and flexibility to change bookings when needed. They managed the challenge of remote learning during the COVID period very well. Highly recommend them!
