The pharmacist was really rude and unhelpful. Her advice was contradicting my surgeons, when I queried her about an anaphylaxis allergy she scoffed and couldn’t have cared less.

Rang up to pay for a prescription over the phone because I was in urgent need for prescription and there were just about to close the lady I spoke with was very rude she did not care at all, these people do not have a heart and discern lack off customer service.

Has posters on the window displaying incorrect information about the 60 day prescription changes. I would rather support a company that isn't centred on greedy money hungry tactics developed by the Pharmacy Guild. Many other medical colleges eg RACGP have said the change is better for patient care.
