I have called so many times to get a split system looked at and I had to elec come out still not working as I have my elderly mother living with me don’t get me wrong the stuff are awesome but when it’s to get something done not happy at all

Attempted a phone call from Melbourne regarding a property in Flints Road, Dutson. Agent had no idea of details regarding this property. Takes him 30 mins to get to the property but takes me 6 hours. Completely obscene from the point of view from cash buyers. Not a good look. Ruth Morris

As an investor, the property management is hit and miss. We were lucky to have good tenants so there were no major problems, but it's infuriating to chase up everything several times before you get an answer. If you are selling your house, they are great and will pick up the slack for the property manager.

Ferg really couldn't have tried any harder to help us as potential buyers looking in the area. Simply a genuine and honest guy. We wish he was the agent of the property we eventually bought and irrespective, we will be popping him in a bottle of bubbly for trying so hard to help us.

Very disappointed as a property owner having my property in Sale managed" by them. Electrical work which was identified as being required at an electrical inspection in October 2021 has still not been organised by them over a year later

Don't return calls even after directly speaking to front desk, feel as though they don't care about there customers, have been waiting for a storage unit for my spare business equipment, told I have a storage unit, but still waiting for return call after weeks of waiting and inquiries.
