Always great advice and stocked with the right seed feed. If you have sensitive ears and aren't used to parrots, be warned. The parrot noise levels in here go off the charts LOL.

We got our hand reared white cockatiel from here just a few months ago. It has been a few months and Snowy is the sweetest ❤️ We are first-time bird owners who had no clue how to care for a bird but Monika was amazing at giving advice. We can tell that Snowy was hand reared well as it’s such a pleasant bird (grumpy now as it’s molting). He quickly won the hearts of our family - everybody loves him! We love him so much and we are so glad we made the decision to buy him from Bird City. Thank you Bird City!! Highly recommend.

I called this morning to enquire about buying a baby bird and one of the staff (Male person) was extremely rude. It killed our excitement all together. I just want to let the owner know that people call you with lots of hope and excitement pls train the staff to answer questions as nicely as possible.. we will still get a bird but it will definitely not be from this place. I will also recommend my friends not to visit this store just so that they don't spoil their day when they are looking to buy a new pet in their homes.

It is so heart warming to see such care and passion these people have for their birds. This place is clean and well manged. All the birds look healthy and well looked after. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. If you are after a feathery companion then I highly recommend Bird City!!

I've been hear a few times and will continue to go.There birds are always in great condition I've bought a couple of baby gahlas and lorikeets and couple not be happier thank guys see you again soon. Tell toby i said hi

Visited Bird City for the first time today and was able to purchase a blue Indian ringneck parrot. Monika was extremely helpful and we left feeling very excited about our new bird. All the birds in this shop are very loved and well looked after, Thank-you so much for all your help and for our gorgeous little bird ‘Chuck’.
