Customer service has been telling me that my parcel is at the warehouse for a week now and they still can’t actually find it to give me a time. This was an express order and now it has been close to two weeks since it was sent still no idea on when I will be able to go pick it up. This has been the worse customer experience with regards to a shipping company I have ever had! I will never use this company again or any company that use your services!! Do Not use this company!

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional delivery driver drags this company down. Deliver driver took no reasonable responsibility or operate with integrity.Definition of integrity is DOING WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO and if you can’t OFFERING A NEW TIME OR SOLUTION.This place has taken it’s toll on me!If you buy furniture from a company that uses Toll beware of this company.Still waiting on delivery or communication.

Simply needed to return an item to google. Organised someone to collect my item, no one shows. When I call a second time and mention no one came to pick up my parcel, I get hung up on. I call again and with a different person organise another pickup time. Once again, no show. Third time around I am PROMISED someone will show up, and once again no one picks up my parcel. Three times I waited around for nothing, and now I have to pay $160 for my item that was supposed to be returned but couldn't be, thanks to Toll. Could not have had a worse experience.

Worst delivery experience. Terrible communication. Wrong instructions. Didn’t ring my apartment or contact my building manager to take delivery on my behalf as per the delivery instructions. Then on second attempt failed to do all of the above again and instead took it to a storage facility half an hour from where I live for me to pick up.

Same problem with other people, I’ve been staying home all day to receive my parcel and ended up receiving a “we missed you “ card. No call, sms, or email. Wasted my time :(

Delivery guy delivered my parcel to a pick up shop and for some reason took it back to depo same day. now its been 2 weeks since then and they still contacting to depo and investigating. very very annoying and wasting of my time. and that's how the pick up shop Fitzroy Authorised Newsagency125 Johnston St, Fitzroy VIC 3065store ur parcels

Can you leave a zero star rating? Package wasn't delivered. Driver claimed 'missed delivery'. They never came. I was there all day waiting for delivery. I wasn't notified of missed delivery. Only found out when I enquired the next day. By then it was too late to have it re-delivered that day. When I asked to make a formal complaint, I was told I had to provide CCTV footage to prove truck never came in order to make a formal complaint! What a joke!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Toll Team Global Express. They overpromise and underdeliver. Nothing gets adequately passed on to the right people, they never follow up, and a number of them are very rude on the phone. Despite saying multiple times my delivery would arrive today, it has not, and every time I speak to someone, I just get put on hold while they attempt to contact the depot via email. EMAIL. How on earth do you expect to manage logistics with email? Their internal system needs work, and they need to get rid of the Brisbane call centre. It's a waste of time; they poorly communicate with other departments, nothing gets resolved, and no one seems to care. My delivery is now two days delayed, I have furious customers and have lost thousands of dollars. DO NOT use this service.

The delivery driver waited for less than a minute after knocking the door and left with the package before I could get to the door from the top floor room and didn't bother to leave a card with any detail that I could use to get the package from Toll. I had to contact Toll customer service to figure out that the package was left in a collection centre near my house and I had to go there to get it. I have not seen such unprofessionalism from any delivery service like Toll thus far.
