Primary Dental Robina

I’ve made multiple appointments online that the dentist has cancelled or changed without notifying me. I called up to be spoken to by a rude receptionist saying they had no staff so their online appointment times hadn’t been updated. I cancelled and won’t be back after 5 failed attempts to contact and make appointments to this place.

My partner and I both go here and it is by far the best dental practice we have been to. They are gentle, informative and really lovely. Highly recommended

Sharon is amazing! Showed up and was taken through straight away, immediate action; Referral, X-ray and Antibiotics. Then booked in the next day for an extraction - very affordable, honest and efficient. All of this with a smile and a professional with 25 years of experience - perfect! Thanks team!!!

Great family Dentist, Sharon is a lovely women and made me feel very welcome and comfortable through out my visit. Definitely would recommend her to all of my family and friends! This dentist has afterpay available which made it super easy and convenient, I will be going back!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the reception staff & my dentist Christin made me feel so comfortable. I have. Major fear of the dentist and I have never felt so good sitting in a dentist chair! 10/10 reccomend!

I had to take my elderly mother who resides in a local nursing home to have one tooth taken out. This dental practice is amazing with the care offered my mother from finding a quick appointment to the actual procedure. I highly recommend this dental practice and commend them for their care, kindness and professionalism.

My second time to this surgery, the first time I had a good experience but not this time. Despite having a booked appointment I waited over 45 minutes. Then when I did get into the chair the dentist and dental assistant chatted like I wasn’t even in the room. I will not be returning..Edit - 3 months later in December I end up at a new dentist to discover that all the decay have not been removed from that tooth by The dentist ar Primary Dental even though I spent $475 in September & then I had to have the tooth opened up again & spend another $500. Not happy and I have the photos of the decay.

Just wanted to leave a review in regards to Junior - He has the best phone manner and was so helpful when I was had Enquiries about treatment I am wanting. I Will definitely be booking in with this practice
