Shirt staff. Ok. But no communication, no customer service.

Absolutely amazing service. Gentleman named Dean drove all the way to Kilmore to pick up a specific sunshade I wanted to buy for my partner. I am happy with his customer service during these rough times. He is a top bloke for not telling me to pay for delivery or drive more than the 5km restriction to pick it up myself. Thanks heaps. 2 stars because usually they’re helpful here. however went in today looking for one specific product, they recommended a different product for a different purpose and when i told the employee that it wouldn’t work for what i was doing he went and just asked his manager if they were the same thing. she rudely said that it wasn’t their job to make recommendations and that i should’ve done my research. never asked for an opinion or recommendation just needed to know if they had stock of what i needed instead of being insulted.

Went in to buy something and stood in front of two people at the counter for a few minutes. Neither of them bothered to even acknowledge I was there, so I left. Terrible customer service!

I shop at Repco on a frequent basis however box hill tend to be very slack with special orders. They leave you in the dark and never call back. Bayswater Repco seems to be much more helpful with this stuff.

Just went to Repco forest hill and got awesome customer service from one of the store member i forgot to ask her name but she was so professional and helpful i needed to change my wipers and i was confused but she asked me if i need help which is really good unlike supercheap auto.Since i was confused she came out to have a look what wipers i need for my car and eventually helped me to install them aswell. Supercheap auto will ask $15 first then they help you. I was really happy with the service and products. Thanks

I headed in store at Repco Box Hill to get some replacement wiper blades. Not knowing what I needed, staff member Emily asked if I needed some assistance. Not only did she identify the correct replacement blades for me after removing the old ones from my car, but also installed the new ones - in the rain! Fantastic customer service that is a rarity in this day and age. Highly recommended.

The quality of customer service can vary a lot. Some staff in this shop are friendly and helpful but some are just rude and useless.A real thing happened last week: I needed to buy some crush washers for my car. Having shopped in this store a few times, I clearly knew that they sell Repco-branded washer individually (they'll normally ask for your car's model and double check the size against their database for you). So I took a sample washer off from the car and showed to a female staff member. But this person just told me to go to a shelf and look up the washer myself. I then knew she's apparently not gonna help me at all and I just left the shop. Next day I came back to try my luck again. Another male staff member helped me this time, found the washer I wanted and offered me some advice. So you can tell the difference from difference staff.Similar things like this have happened a few times already.I appreciate the help from those good staff and I will come back again as it is the nearest Repco from my home. But I don't like the feeling that I gotta try my luck every time hoping a good staff member can help me this time.
