Unpleasant experience from Richland customers service. A very rude guy impatient to listen while I'm inquiring at 1:30pm for the sizes of a pergola metal sheet with insulation. He doest deserve to be on that job representing the company. I wish they will kick him out of the job.

Truck was concealing half the driveway when leaving in the morning for work and wouldn't move for the next half an hour. Argued when asked to move for a second time.
