Great Dojo run by a very courteous and accommodating family. My kiddo has been learning here for a year now, and I’ll continue bringing him here for years. His private and group lessons are helping him improve his focus, fitness, discipline, commitment, and coordination.I was so happy that I also joined training recently and have been humbled by how the trainers eased me into something I’ve never done and was quite anxious about.The option to join training when we can fits nicely into our ever changing schedule.So happy that we found this Dojo and very grateful to the trainers.

6 starsWe've been with pollets castle hill for couple of weeks now and my son doesn't usually enjoy socialising with people but with pollets he actually waits for the Karate classes and I am happy with the way they train kids.Very professional and great environment.They treat all kids equally and nurture them in a very disciplined way.

Great dojo for kids Karate. Really boots kids confidence, tires them out and fun too. Grant is a wonderful instructor. Been going for nearly one year now. Recommend.

Been with these guys since they opened. The instructors and Sensei's are awesome. Family environment run by a family themselves. My boys love it and have excelled in all styles of Martial Arts. I have also joined them recently in karate and yet to have my youngest to start walking and get her started. Sensei Lloyd, Sensei Jade and Sempai Isaac are fantastic with the kids and take the time when someone needs extra help and always happy to answer questions or reservations. They make you feel comfortable and give you the confidence needed when needed.We don't only adopt new confidence, knowledge, courage and loyalty, Pollet's also creates new friendships and families for life.

Sensei Grant and the Pollet's team create a safe and fun learning environment for all students. My kids love going to the dojo and being part of the Pollet's family!

Pollets is a great place to not only learn how to protect yourself, but also teaches focus, confidence, self respect and respect for others. The instructors are awesome. They truly care about my children. There is a family feel at Pollets that is very welcoming to both new and existing students. I highly recommend Pollets to everyone, of any age or fitness level.

I work with several behavioural schools and had the pleasure of using Grant at Castle hill Pollets, not only were they great on the lead up to the classes with communication, but their ability to engage the students in a safe, supportive but also educational manor was amazing. The students are usually hard to keep engaged but Pollet's kept them engaged for 1.5hrs with new skills, drills and physical activity. They were also big on positivity, self control and attitude. Constantly reinforcing that the skills learnt were for use in the gym and self defence only. If the schools were closer I have no doubt most of the students would like to return to some of their regular classes. We will be back in the future and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get their child into a healthy active, and skill based sport. Thanks from Ryan and the Realkid team

My son have been coming to Pollets for a few years now. We really like the community here. Sensei Grant, his lovely wife and all the staff and members here are really caring and helpful. I'm glad to have sent my son here for karate.

I train at Pollets in Castle Hill with both my kids. They have classes for everyone covering a range of martial arts and fitness disciplines. All levels of fitness, experience and ability can train at Pollets.Sensei Lloyd, Sensei Jade and all the instructors are seriously competent multi-specialists and are passionate about what they do. This is instilled in all the students.I've seen huge improvements in my life and in my children since joining. It extends beyond just fitness. It's life changing.Through Hanshi Pollet we have a strong connection to his roots and the masters that taught him. This is a traditional martial arts school with a solid foundation.With the full support that comes from being a part of the larger Pollets community and with dojos all over NSW and QLD, they are solid, I know Pollets will always be there.

They focus on discipline and for my little girl they have given lots of time to settle on her classes. Now she really likes the sessions and tries her best to get ‘sparkling stickers’. Great team and very cooperative Sensei’s and staffs.
