I had a fantastic visit to Platinum Face and Body Clinic. I was looked after by Emma and my experience with her was a really great one. Total attention to detail. A very thorough and highly professional consultation. The end result is one that I so happy with. The girls at reception were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I will be back again.

Michelle is a true professional and is highly knowledgeable in her skin consultation and further treatments. She made me feel welcomed from the very first session and I have loved my weekly trips while getting the BB Glow Treatment. My skin’s luminosity, brightness and overall complexion has improved and I no longer have the sporadic redness across my face.

Overall a great experience. I was scared to have filler again because I found my first time (different place) painful. Platinum offers a dental block so I felt absolutely no pain! Emma is friendly and bubbly, she made me feel really comfortable and reassured despite how nervous I was. Definitely recommend!

Natalie was so informative with all of the product information, aftercare and her process and technique. The result was absolutely incredible. I’ve had filler done previously with other clinics and i’ve never been as happy and as excited about my results than today! My lips are literally the best they have ever looked- I could not be more obsessed and in love

This salon is amazing! Shelley is fantastic. So honest and trustworthy and will not over inject just to get money from you but instead tells you the truth. She is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Always been so happy with my Botox and fillers and will not go anywhere else! The salon is so clean and reception staff so professional and friendly! My drive down from Sydney is well worth the hours drive to visit Shelley!!

Very happy I went to Platinum Face and Body Clinic. Tiffany was a very knowledgeable and skilled clinician and I am very happy with my results. Nice friendly atmosphere can't recommend these ladies enough.

Michelle was very nice and super helpful but my treatments did not work! I kept emphasising that my neck was my issue and my neck looks just the same after spending $4,900 on thread lifts. During the treatment Michelle stopped the excellent nurse from doing my neck in full. saying it would cost more, even the owner cane in and said to Michelle ”are you asking me or telling me” In addition to this I booked on for fox eyes and nurse said no to that so I now have a lifted forehead and hooded eyes like before, which is a pain but my neck is my biggest concern because I said over and over my neck was my biggest reason for getting a thread lifted hut they didn’t listen. Michelle rang ne and argued over the phone with me but seriously? 5 grand and neck still goosed my advice would be to shop around for thread lifts I’ve told them during and after the procedure many times that I was unhappy and their response is to spend more??? Really?

Amazing Emma explained to me the procedure, expectations and aftercare thoroughly. This put my mind at ease as I was anxious as it was my 1st time getting my lips done. I had .5ml and am in awe of the results. Highly recommend Emma and the team at Platinum Face and Body.
