Shilleena's Dance Academy
Shilleena’s Dance Academy is a wonderful dance school. The teachers are caring and highly skilled. Both the students and teachers are inclusive and promote team building and friendships at the same time as the students learn new skills. This is an integral part of the Coorparoo community and has been around for many, many years. And we look forward to it growing into the future.

Shilleena's Dance Academy
My daughter has danced at SDA for the past 7 years, since she was three. We love the inclusiveness of this school, catering for all levels of dance ability. The teachers are amazing and she has made lifelong friends through dance. Concerts are professional and entertaining while keeping the focus on having fun. A great school for beginners through to serious dancers.

I can not rate Shilleena’s Dance Academy highly enough. This is my daughters 4th year and apart from the fact she loves the dancing, Shilleena and the teachers have done amazing work in improving her self confidence. Brilliant!

Girls love SDA and so do we. Girls have been dancing at SDA for 9 years. Teachers are great, encouraging and supportive. Keep up the great work SDA.

Shilleena’s Dance Academy allows so many people to join together and do something that they love each week. Having so many kind and like-minded people together creates such a wholesome and comforting atmosphere and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

“ Yesterday we had the Theatre Rehearsal for the dance concert in a couple of weeks... my daughter had such a blast and was in her element, but more importantly I was so very impressed by the community I found myself in. Not only was I in the company of such talented dancers and performers I was quite taken aback by the how powerful, strong and hardworking the community of young women around me were. I really felt like I was in one of the most inspiring environments I had been in for sometime. I am very happy for my daughter to have these amazing women as some of her role models. “

SDA is a wonderful dance school that is like a second home to my two girls. They love coming to dance class and I love that they are learning a syllabus which has great foundations for ballet, tap and jazz.

Shilleena's Dance Academy
My daughter has been going to Shilleena's Dance Academy for the last 5 years. During that time she has learned many different dance styles and made a really lovely group of friends. Shilleena runs a professional and very organised non-competitive dance school. She always accommodates our ever changing timetable and responds rapidly to any queries. I would highly recommend Shilleena's Dance Academy to anyone who wants to learn one or a variety of dance styles while having fun and making new friends in the process.
