Nicholls Gledhill

This started out as a negative but Gavin Andrews really did turn this into a positive. I originally purchased a house with them years ago and didnt receive any sort of welcome gift (Gavin wasn't the agent for my house). Just minutes ago i received a knock on the door and it was Gavin with a welcome gift. I have to give credit where it's due. He acted on behalf of the business/agent in an outstanding manner. These little things make a huge impact with our family. Well done.

They take good care of my rental property

pleased to have chosen Marie as our agent to assist us in the selling of our home.We saw three different Estate Agents and whilst all very professional, Marie viewed our home as a home and not just as a house to sell and she saw us as anxious people selling their home for the first time and never simply as clients.With Marie, we didn’t feel as though our home was simply being “put into a box”.We both felt that she looked at our home and based the valuation on how well it had been maintained, modernised and cared for and for all of the exceptional extras that it had to offer.We personally really appreciated that she saw the love, hard work and money that we have put into the making of our home and was happy to let us know that it was worth going the extra mile because it was not a “run of the mill” property. Few years back we moved into one of their property in Endeavour hills which was for rent and as soon as we moved in they set up a for-sale sign after few months and then we had to move out of property in less than a year that too when we had young kids. Worst real estate company we have ever dealt with.
