The Point Revolving Restaurant
A wonderful experience at this terrific restaurant.We have dined here a number of times over the last few decades and I'm happy to report that the service and food is better than ever!The view is of course something to be enjoyed - particularly as the sun sets over the beautiful surrounds of Sandy Bay and beyond.We dined for a special birthday and the highly attentive staff did not disappoint with candles, kind words and singing.The wine list is extensive with a focus on some very good Australian wines.I particularly like the way in which this establishment pays special attention to its regular diners with a special collection of engraved silver napkin rings.An absolute pleasure dining here once again.We'll be sure to return soon!

The Point Revolving Restaurant
We enjoyed a Christmas lunch at the Point Revolving restaurant in the Wrest Casino, Hobart. The service was impeccable and the pre set menu was perfect fit the setting and the day. Salmon, prawns and turkey for my main choice were all excellent. Accompanied with a wonderful local Curvee called Jansz. Very impressive.

It’s such a lovely dinner, yummy sirloin and lamp. Our waiter Luke was exceptional, talented and very funny. Furthermore, the view is phenomenal which we can see beautiful Hobart city. Come back next month.

The food and the view was amazing, we really enjoy the lobster soufflé. The staff, especially Luke, were professional, fabulous, funny and skilled. We will come back next time. 10/10

This was place that has been on a to-do list for some time. And we were so happy we did! Amazing experience. Felt like real high end resturant, from the greeting, through being seated, the service for ordering were all top notch. The food was amazing, although the deserts were not up to the level of entrees or mains. The views are spectacular from up top too! The only real let down was actually the bathrooms. The restaurant is nicely themed, feels like you've stepped back in time almost, but the bathrooms didn't hold any of this. Highly recommended for any special occasion or just a great night out.

The Point revolving RestaurantFive star breakfast, lunch , dining experience, with the best of views. Very courteous, friendly and efficient staff. If in Hobart this place is a must. They also do high tea.

The point is a good place to celebrate your special day. Could enjoy the beautiful view while having meals. We’ve got mocha chocolate as a present. Portions are amazingly generous too.

Could not fault this restaurant. Ordered a la carte and each meal was a taste sensation. The staff were fabulous as was the view. Will visit again next holiday in Tasmania.

Absolutely amazing! The revolving restaurant was phenomenal. The meals were sensational and hats off to the chef for providing next level meals! The front of house were professional, efficient and skilled. The talking point is obviously the revolving restaurant constantly moving providing 360 degree views of Hobart through moving in slow circles. 11/10. Definetly if you're in Hobart visit the Point Revolving Restaurant you wont be disappointed!
