Deep in the Woods Furniture

Recently picked up a side table made of beautiful reclaimed hardwood timber from Steve and was thrilled with the quality and appearance of what is a unique piece of craftsman built furniture which will last a lifetime. It was a pleasure to deal with Steve and I'm pleased to have his furniture in my home.

Walked in with the intention of buying multiple items (coffee table, side table and cabinet/unit). Walked out after being told to go somewhere else" thinking I've never had worse customer service in my life. Check your attitude mate.Edit: There was no issue of "tight budget"

I can't speak highly enough of the furniture and the service from Deep In the Woods. The owner takes great care to only use reclaimed timbers to make extraordinary custom pieces to spec. Originally we bought a dining room table. Since then it is a desk for the study, a coffee table, a hall table and an amazing cabinet top for our living room bookshelves.I've had the privilege or visiting his workshop and seeing the amazing the transformation of ex-warehouse timbers in beautiful furniture pieces.The level of workmanship and the quality of the pieces are just amazing. These will be pieces that you will hand down from generation to generation. In world of consumerism and a disposable culture it is nice to see someone making enduring furniture. Cearly you are going to pay more than ikea, but the quality means you'll have it for life.

This guy is a master craftsman. If you want something made that will stand the test of time and be an heirloom for your family through the generations Steve is your man. I cant thank him enough for the time and effort her put in to making our special piece. Thanks Steve!!!!
