Micheal & Lynette, the new managers, are great. Very very friendly and helpful. The rooms maybe a little dated but they are clean & comfortable. The $8 Continental breakfast hit the spot. Yes, I will be returning again.

Room quite dated. Needs to be brought into 2021.Hair on floor in bathroom.Bedside lamp not working and needed a good clean.Budget room all right but $95 a bit high.

We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable our bungalow/room was... Perfect location and very convenient. Friendly reception and clean, light and airy room.Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this motel. Bathroom has no exhaust fan and is odorous. They charged $209 per night despite having no AC. The bed linen were not clean. I was lucky to have my own towel because I could not rely on the ones they provided. The smoke alarm is not working. Rooms are old and noisy. It seems that the management is only concerned with making money. They increase the price, not the quality.

Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear the people in adjacent rooms and even further down. The bed is not very comfortable and the room smelt of chemicals. The tap water had a brown tinge to it and there were only two mugs provided. Would recommend paying a little bit more for a nicer stay.

Conviently located in Merimbula, compact and clean and the queen bed comfortable, we experienced the best night's sleep of the last three motel nights. And after all, that is the goal. Got to be happy with that.

Noisy, light and fan broken in room, walls so thin I could hear the couple next door fighting for 4 hours and woke me up again in the morning. So hot and can’t open windows cause people are smoking outside and it wafts in. It’s clean though and owners were friendly.
