I cannot praise the Norwood team and U-Store-It Owners John and Andrew enough for their empathy, support, understanding and professionalism.I got trapped in the UK as a result of Covid which resulted in me having a storage space for nearly four years. This obviously put a huge financial strain on me but U-store-it had my back and worked with me to find solutions. I am very grateful they had a human reaction rather than financial grab.With regards to the space I was expecting to come back to bad smells and mold. Instead my property was in great condition I really cannot recommend the storage space and team enough.Thanks

I’ve never used a storage facility before but I was very impressed with UStoreit at Norwood. I dealt with Sonia who was very friendly and helpful and explained how everything would work. The facility was very clean and well laid out, and it was easy to access the lift and trolleys. I would definitely recommend this company.
