Absolutely amazing !! we had Max, Adam and Emad who were, punctual, funny, caring, thoughtful - everything you want with someone moving you loved items. They say moving house is one of the 3 most stressful things you can do and reading reviews of many moving companies left me feeling that way, but when a friend suggested DJacks as a company to move with, my experience was a delight from start to finish. Let me share the top 5 things I loved about this move and this company.1. The Quote: It was incredibly competitive, coming in several thousand dollars cheaper than the other major quote we were considering (for a move from the city to a regional area)2. The helpfulness of the admin staff: We had to move on short notice, so from first contact to move was only a total of one week, but all of the communication was clear and helpful, they did an inventory over facebook video, and they were bang-on when it came to the truck size.3. The movers themselves: When they arrived for the back, the three men made sure to introduce themselves to my wife and myself, and then the four kids. They were always polite & asked enough questions to make sure that everything was done the way we wanted. There was a separate team that unpacked (again, it was a move to a regional area) and they were equally delightful. Seriously the nicest movers I have ever met.4. The care that was put into everything: Not a single thing broken. Not a glass, not a frame, not a single thing damaged in any way. We packed the boxes ourselves, but the moving team were careful with everything.5. The little details: Whether it was packing the fridge last, so we could get it off & plugged in quickly at our destination, or hooking up our washer for us at the other end, they really went the extra mile.I really can't say enough nice things about this company. I'd recommend them to anyone without any hesitation!

I highly recommend Melanie and her team at DJacks. Mel was friendly, helpful and provided a very competitive rate. On the day of the move the team arrived right on time, introduced themselves and were friendly throughout the whole process. They worked in a quick and professional manner and were very careful with my belongings. They made the whole moving process look like a breeze. I was very impressed. Thanks guys!

I cannot thank or recommend Daniel, Mel and their wonderful team highly enough after they recently handled the move from our rather large home. They truly made the whole process seem effortless. From the moment they arrived and introduced themselves, everyone was friendly, professional, accommodating and very careful with all of our belongings. What also made the whole experience so great was that Daniel and Mel are such lovely people and they truly care about their customers and the experience they provide. I hope to never move again, but if we do go down that path, I will be booking these guys well in advance to make sure I don’t miss out. Thanks again.

Highly recommended!! DJacks were absolutely fantastic helping me move my 4 bedroom house.Professional, polite, careful and great at listening to my instructions. They were also brilliant with my 4 year old who desperately wanted to help.If I had to move again there would be no hesitation in using them again.

A year on I am still trying to resolve damages to my 6 month old fridge incurred whilst moving with this company despite claiming to have insurances in place to get it repaired. Have patiently waited to allow for quotes requesting only to be kept updated however my calls then get avoided and empty promises made that they are working to resolve it. After a year of back and forth providing information as requested it was concluded they could not repair the fridge. We then negotiated a fair and reasonable compensation however again this has not been paid and efforts to follow this up are avoided. Very disappointed at the dealing with this company having red up on all the good reviews from my experience though would not use them nor recommend them.Response - You are only responding on here for customers to perceive you are trying to do right by the customer and cover up a bad review when you are not. You told me early on that it was too expensive to go through your insurances that the excess was too high, that you would get quotes from a handyman said they’d be in touch never called, then wanted a receipt for the fridge (this was provided) to look at buying it was too expensive, then we negotiated a fair compensation bank details provided, then when I followed up hit the same dead in no closer to resolving this a year on. You have my number welcome to call me anytime not once have you tried me or returned my call back.

DJacks sent me 2 really good workers in Jordan and Tom. Very professional, very good and they done it all with a smile even though they had 14hours of driving.I would definitely recommend this company for any house move or furniture delivery in the future.
